Causes:
• Increase of sex hormones which takes place during puberty
• Secretion of more sebum by the sebaceous glands
• Enlargement of pores of the skin & its blockage with hardened sebum
• Excessive intake of alcohol, tea, coffee, spicy, oily and fried foods
• Wash your face with water in every 3 hours.
• Use a water based or oil free face wash twice a day.
• Drink 12-15 glasses of water daily.
• Avoid oily & fried food. Also avoid junk foods.
• Grind nutmeg with unboiled milk & apply it on pimples. Wash it with normal water after 15 minutes.
• Before going to bed, wash the face thoroughly and then apply a paste of 1 tsp. coriander juice mixed with a pinch of turmeric powder. Wash it with normal water after 15 minutes.
• Apply a paste of fresh fenugreek (methi, menthe) leaves at night before going to bed & wash it with warm water after 15 minutes.
